Zeeshan Bakhrani is a New York–based food entrepreneur and the founder of Nishaan, a street-food concept mixing bold South Asian flavors with classic American comfort food.

Raised in Chicago and inspired by Pakistani cuisine, he’s built Nishaan through pop-ups, markets, and a run on The Great Food Truck Race, focusing on food that’s big on flavor, fun, and meant to be shared.
