Chef Cole Jeanes is a Memphis-born culinary creative whose passion for cooking is rooted in childhood days spent hunting, fishing, and frying game over wood fires with his late father. After rediscovering his love of cooking in college, he trained at L’Ecole Culinaire and gained experience at noted Memphis kitchens including Acre and Porcellino’s Craft Butcher. Jeanes is one of the owners of local restaurants Hard Times Deli and Kinfolk.
