Chef Jason Severs

Nearly sixteen years ago, Rebecca and Jason Severs decided to open a restaurant in Memphis at the same time they decided to get married.

After three years of planning and looking for the perfect location, their dream was finally realized. Jason’s family is from Capurso, Italy. It is a small town outside of Bari, Italy, which is the capital of Puglia. They decided they wanted to preserve his family’s culture and shed some light on this particular region in Italy, even though they knew that they would be misunderstood by some but loved by many. They consider themselves very fortunate to be able to do what they love for a living.
