34Nicholas Talarico has collaborated with Andy Ticer and Michael Hudman since the opening of Andrew Michael Italian Kitchen in 2008, working his way from server to floor manager, and then to AMIK General Manager and Enjoy A|M Beverage Director. He currently serves at the General Manager at Hog & Hominy. Under his guidance, the beverage program has received
numerous local and national recognition, and he co-authored the chefs’ cookbook, Collards & Carbonara. He received his Bachelor’s of Arts in Philosophy and Master’s of Arts in English from the University of Memphis.
